Where are you located?

Are you a member of the BBB or Dunn & Bradstreet?

No. We believe that it is better for our Prospective Clients to hear from our current Customers as to how good a job we do, than to have an organization that does not know us, evaluate our performance.

Do you have any references and are they in our industry?

We do have references that we can send to you of Clients that are currently running campaigns with us. They will be able to tell you how their campaigns are running and as well, the results that they have had so far. We do not provide references of Clients that are in your industry. Some people have a problem giving a reference to a company that could potentially be in competition with them.

How long does it take to get started calling?

Providing that we can get all the approvals from the Client for scripts and lists etc. Normal set up takes between 3 – 5 days.

Who designs the script?

In most cases we design the script. Clients assist us by providing the information required on the Client Requirement Form as well as links to their website, brochures etc. Sometimes Clients can even provide scripts that have been used in the past.

Can we choose the area we want to call into?

Absolutely, you can. Please provide the geographical area, sex, educational background, industry they work in etc

How many times do you distribute the leads?

Where are your Callers located?

Our Calling Agents are located in (Canada and Jamaica). All of our Calling Agents have English as their first spoken language.

Who Trains the Calling Agents?

All of our Calling Agents are trained by our professional in house training staff. Our trainers will be involved with your campaign from the set up stage and will be privy to all information from your website, brochures, scripting & campaign objectives etc. Our Trainers may also require a short meeting with the Client to determine objectives and results.

Can we listen to the recordings?

Recordings are available upon request only. Recordings are primarily used for verification purposes only

How do we pay and what are the options?

We accept all major credit cards and invoice our Clients on the 15th and 30th of every month for only the qualified sales leads that they have received

Do you do selling campaigns that are commission oriented?

We do selling campaigns for both business and consumer projects. Commissions are charged over and above our normal service rates

Can we create a customized solution?

Customized solutions are our specialty. Our design is to replicate your sales or marketing department to make it a seamless process between your company and ours. We are also specialists in developing projects to meet a specific need.

Do we have to pay for the campaign all at once?

A very low onetime start up charge is applied to any new Client which includes everything needed to get your campaign started right. All Clients are invoiced on the 15th and 30th of each month through credit card for only the leads that they have received.

Is there a Set up Charge?

A onetime start up charge is applied to any new Client which includes everything needed to get your campaign started right. This start up charge includes;

  • Outbound Scripting
  • Calling List
  • E-mail Templates

How do we renew our Campaign?

We do not require a renewal of any Campaign. You may stop the campaign at any time. Once you have paid your one-time start-up fee, there is nothing left to pay for until your receive your leads.
